After succesful completion of the course, we will award you the 200- hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate (RYT200) accredited by Yoga Alliance, USA. This certificate is recognized internationally by Yoga Alliance and International Yoga Federation. This means that you will have the rights to teach yoga anywhere on the globe. The course is also certified by the Indian Yoga Alliance for 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training Program.

Throughout the 4 weeks of your course, you will be trained by our efficient and experienced teachers with a prime motive to mould you into a better practitioner and an expert teacher. The evaluation is the final step of your journey. Every day is infact a preparation for the final evaluation.

Over the course period our teachers would ensure that you are all set to be a certified yoga teacher. It is mandatory that you complete all 6 modules of the course. The assesment will be conducted in 3 segments: oral, written and practical. Though we call it ‘evaluation’, the process doesn’t have the stress of an examination. Our Facilities

At our Yoga School in Mysore, we feel proud to offer the best place to learn yoga in India, where students love to stay. We don’t simply focus on yoga practice and offering theoretical knowledge, but we focus on overall growth and development of the students as a yoga teacher. We have one open shaala, one enclosed shaala, one huge terrace & open gardens. Our open air hall which is on the banks of the river is built by using natural stones, bamboo mats and layers of dry grass giving it an organic and traditional touch. Our enclosed halls built with light materials are soundproof, and have luminous lighting used for

A Small Shop

You can buy the required stuff such as washing powder, pens, toothbrushes etc for your daily life from the store in the office. The brands of the products may vary. if you are particular about a specific brand please bring it along. Online delivery through e-commerce platforms (amazon, flipkart) also available in our location.

Laundry

Washing machine can be used by a student twice a week. There is plenty of space for drying clothes. We request our students to minimize the use of chemical soaps, washing powders, and shampoos in the bathrooms, as we are keeping our land free from all chemicals.
 

Electricity {UPS Battery backup}

There are days when there can be power cuts. However, we have UPS Battery backup for all rooms and teaching Shalas (halls), besides the silent Diesel Generator for emergencies. We request our students not to waste power, especially when we are on batteries during the daytime.

Kaveri River View

Our Yoga shaala & the stay facility is situated right on the pristine banks of the Cauvery River, offering a tranquil and picturesque setting. Some Pranayama and meditation classes are held by the river to deepen your practice and foster introspection. A small island on the river provides a perfect spot for meditation and relaxation. The serene river and the small island have given a transforming and soul- awakening perspective to the Ashram and its activities.

In front of the rooms lies beautiful gardens with numerous pathways where you can walk barefoot and connect with nature. Stroll on the lush green carpet amidst royal palms and coconut trees, rejuvenating your body and mind with the fresh air. With a keen eye, you'll find nature itself becoming an intuitive teacher.

Keeping in mind the health and well being of our students 40% of the vegetables & fruits are organically grown by us in our campus & the other 60% is locally sourced from the nearby farmers market. An overall balanced & nutritious yogic food has been curated which is full of taste and satisfaction.

When it comes to yoga, the importance of a proper diet is extremely significant. The meals cooked here are purely vegetarian prepared by our highly skilled professional cooks and pleasant staffs. The meals are not only cooked using Ayurvedic herbs and seasonal ingredients, but also with passion and love. Along with nutritional meals, refreshments and juices are also be provided to the students to keep them energetic and hydrated all day long. A simple vegan diet can also be availed on request.

All rooms have single beds with attached bathrooms and western closet. The modest rooms are built keeping the environment and sustainability in mind. Every room comes equipped with basic amenities like attached bathroom, Wi-Fi, shower facilities, Dressing Table, Wardrobes, etc. After a long days practice your rooms can definitely be your sacred space helping you unwind.

Payment and Refunds Rules

  • Registration and deposit must be made to reserve your spot in the Yoga Teacher Training Course.
  • After a successful transaction, we will send you a confirmation email with booking details and also a link to make the remaining payment if any.
  • When your deposit is made, your spot in the batch and the accommodation is confirmed. Kindly note that the deposit is non-refundable.
  • You may pay the remaining amount upon arrival.

Cancellation Rules

If you cancel your booking 10 days prior to the course start date, the deposited will be forfeited however the remaining amount will be refunded back or will be given the option to transfer the booking to a different date. Any cancellations on or after the 10th day prior to the course start date will be 100% non-refundable.
