Chakras, Koshas & the Subtle Body
Explore the chakra system, five koshas, five elements and three gunas within traditional yogic frameworks, including their relationship to emotional experience and self-observation.
Kundalini, Nadis & Prana
Study traditional descriptions of Kundalini, the nadis, prana and Sushumna, including the symbolism and stages described in yogic teachings.
Yoga Anatomy & Physiology
Examine spinal structure and the nervous, respiratory and endocrine systems in relation to yoga practice. Distinguish traditional subtle-body models from anatomical structures.
Chakra-Focused Hatha Yoga
Practise Hatha Yoga sequences organised around chakra themes, with attention to alignment, breath and awareness.
Pranayama, Kriyas, Mudras & Bandhas
Explore guided Kundalini kriyas, Nauli, pranayama, key mudras and bandhas. Emphasis is placed on preparation, individual suitability and teacher supervision.
Mantra, Meditation & Reflection
Work with chakra-related mantras, meditation and self-inquiry. Journaling and group discussion support reflection and integration.
Teaching Methodology & Integration
Develop teaching awareness through practical labs, discussion and feedback. Explore how to communicate practices responsibly and adapt them to students. A temple visit forms part of the course experience, subject to the batch schedule.
