Getting started with our Online 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training is simple. All you need is a reliable internet connection, a suitable space for your practice, and an open mind with a genuine willingness to learn something new that can positively transform your personal and professional journey.

The training is conducted live online through Zoom, allowing you to learn directly from experienced yoga teachers, interact with your fellow students, ask questions, and receive guidance throughout the program.

To make the most of your online learning experience, please ensure that you have the following before the course begins:

What You Need:

  • A stable and reliable Wi-Fi or internet connection.
  • Laptop, desktop, or tablet with a working camera and microphone.
  • Zoom installed and ready before the first session.
  • A quiet and comfortable space for yoga practice and live classes.
  • A yoga mat and basic yoga practice essentials.
  • A notebook and writing materials for notes and assignments.
  • A genuine interest and willingness to learn, practice, and grow.

Course Requirements:

  • The training is conducted through live online Zoom sessions.
  • Live classes are conducted for approximately 2½ hours per day, Monday to Saturday.
  • A minimum of 75% attendance is required for successful course completion.
  • Students are expected to actively participate in live classes and practical sessions.
  • Required assignments and course activities must be completed.
  • Students must complete the required oral, written, and practical assessments.
  • Three months of access to class recordings is provided for revision and learning support.

Everything You Need to Know About Our Online 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

Yes. Our Online 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training is suitable for beginners as well as experienced yoga practitioners. You do not need to be an advanced practitioner to join. A genuine interest in yoga, willingness to learn, and commitment to regular practice are the most important requirements.

No. Previous yoga teaching experience is not required. The training guides you through yoga practice, theory, teaching methodology, and practical teaching skills step by step.

All live training sessions are conducted online through Zoom. Students can interact directly with their teachers, ask questions, participate in practical sessions, and receive guidance throughout the training.

The program is conducted over 45 days. Live classes are held for 2 hours per day from Monday to Saturday, with Sunday as the weekly day off.

Students are required to maintain a minimum of 75% attendance throughout the training. Regular participation is important because the program includes live practical sessions, discussions, guided learning, and teaching activities.

Yes. Students receive access to class recordings for 3 months. These recordings can be used to review lessons and reinforce your learning during and after the live training sessions.

The course includes a PDF course manual along with the learning materials required for the training. Students also receive access to class recordings for 3 months for review and continued learning.

The final evaluation includes oral, written, and practical components. Students are also required to complete the required course modules, assignments, practical teaching activities, and other learning requirements before completing the program.

Yes. Students who successfully complete the required training, attendance, assignments, practical activities, and final evaluation will receive a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate from Yogakulam Academy. Both soft and hard copies of the certificate are provided.

Yes. Students can join the training from different countries as the program is conducted completely online through Zoom. Classes are conducted in English, allowing international students to learn authentic yoga education from India without travelling for residential training.
