Things To Know Before Joining

Getting started with our Online 85 Hour Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training is simple. You need a reliable internet connection, a suitable practice space, and a willingness to learn. All live sessions are conducted through Zoom.

What You Need:

  • Stable Wi-Fi or internet connection.
  • Laptop, desktop, or tablet with camera and microphone.
  • Quiet space and yoga mat for practice.
  • Notebook and writing materials.

How the 85 Hours Are Structured:

  • 50 Contact Hours – Live, teacher-led classes and guided practice.
  • 35 Non-Contact Hours – Self-study, assignments, practice, and revision.
  • Live classes are approximately 2 hours daily, Monday to Saturday.

Course Requirements:

  • Minimum 75% attendance.
  • Active participation in live and practical sessions.
  • Completion of assignments and course activities.
  • Completion of oral, written, and practical assessments.
  • 3 months access to class recordings for revision.

Props Needed During the Course:

  • Asana Practice: Yoga mat, 2 pillows, 1 bolster, 2 blocks, 1 chair, and birthing ball (65 or 75 cm).
  • Infant Massage: 1 doll for practice.

No. Previous yoga teaching experience is not required. The training is designed to guide beginners and experienced practitioners through the specialized concepts and practices step by step.

Yes. Pregnant women may join to learn about prenatal yoga and supportive yogic practices. However, participation in physical practices during pregnancy should be undertaken only with approval from their doctor or qualified healthcare professional.

All live sessions are conducted online through Zoom. Students learn directly from the teachers, participate in guided practices, ask questions, and interact during the sessions.

The training is conducted over 28 days. Live classes are approximately 2 hours per day, Monday to Saturday, with additional non-contact hours for self-study, assignments, practice, and revision.

The 85 hours include 50 contact hours of live, teacher-led learning and 35 non-contact hours for self-study, assignments, personal practice, revision, and other course activities.

Students are required to maintain a minimum of 75% attendance. Active participation in live classes and practical sessions is also expected throughout the training.

Yes. Students receive a course manual and access to class recordings for 3 months. The recordings can be used for revision and continued learning after the live sessions.
